Refund Policy

Dealers License LLC has a simple and effective refund policy for our Shared License members. If you are not fully satisfied with your service or decide to change your mind you have seven (7) business days from the time that your application is submitted to request a refund to the home office. Individuals requesting refunds within this timeframe that have already been added to the insurance and/or purchased vehicles from auction will not be granted refunds. This request must be made in writing and sent via certified mail or express mail (delivery confirmation will NOT be accepted) along with all dealership property including but not limited to: Dealer or Dealer Transit plates, Registration, Insurance Card, Auction Access ID card(if applicable), etc. If a refund is requested following the protocol mentioned above, all funds for start – up, minus the fee for criminal and driving records, as well as a 5% processing and administration fee (Title fees and auction fees are non-refundable) will be returned to the agent via the same method of payment provided on the application.

NOTE: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL ALL DEALERSHIP PROPERTY IS RETURNED TO DEALERS LICENSE LLC’S HOMEOFFICE. APPEALS TO THE REFUND POLICY WILL BE EVALUATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

Wholesale License Program

Dealers License LLC operates on a month-to-month basis for all wholesale dealers, including those members applying for their own wholesale license, that are undergoing the state and DMV approval process. Dealers License LLC will NOT issue refunds for Motor Vehicle Surety Bonds, Liability Insurance, background check, DMV license fee, dealer plate fees; FedEx fees, signage fees, and Application for LLC to the Secretary of State, or any other items required obtaining a wholesale license. Dealers License LLC will NOT issue refunds for services provided in the process of acquiring a wholesale license on your behalf if you are not approved by the state Department of Motor Vehicles. Should you decide to change your mind or wish to terminate from the program, you have seven (7) business days from the date of application to the Dealer’s License LLC program to request a refund for all funds other than those funds already utilized in obtaining any of the above mentioned items. Your request for refund must be in writing and must be sent to the Dealer’s License LLC home office via certified or express mail (delivery confirmation will NOT be accepted). Should you request a refund and it is approved, all funds minus those already paid for state and DMV required items, will be returned to you minus the fee for criminal and driving background checks and a 5% processing and administration fee. Your refund will be issued to you as the same form of payment that you provided at the time of sign-up.
